How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days depending on your country. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

After your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. Use it to check the status of your delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs range from €2.50 to €5.70 depending on your country. Free shipping thresholds may apply.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to all EU countries from our European warehouses.
Returns
How do I return a product?
Contact us at info@eu.marketron.eu with your order number. We will provide you with return instructions.
What is the return window?
You have 14 days from delivery to return a product, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer covers return shipping costs, unless the product is defective.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, to your original payment method.
Payment
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed over SSL-encrypted connections. Your payment data is never stored on our servers.
When am I charged?
Your payment is processed at the time of placing the order. For COD orders, you pay upon delivery.
Is cash on delivery available in my country?
COD is available in most of our markets. The option will appear at checkout if it is available in your country.

Do you guarantee product quality?
Yes. All our products undergo quality control. If you receive a product that does not meet your expectations, contact us and we will resolve it.
What if the product is not as described?
